My Role

I led the concept development, design, and strategic communication for the Tekuma Farm initiative. My responsibilities included:

Designing and producing the visual identity and graphic language for the project

Creating a compelling investor and donor presentation

Structuring and designing the project's web page content

Collaborating on the articulation of the vision, values, and rehabilitation framework

Supporting the development of a comprehensive model based on four integrated domains: therapeutic, educational, productive, and social

Translating complex ideas into clear, emotionally resonant messaging for diverse audiences

Born from the national trauma that has shaken our country, Tekuma Farm is a therapeutic initiative inspired by the modern pioneering spirit and the philosophy of A.D. Gordon.

Currently under development in the Gilboa region, the farm is being established as a transformative, values-driven rehabilitation project that integrates therapy, agriculture, education, community, and sustainability.

We have created a comprehensive rehabilitation framework based on four integrated domains:

Therapeutic Domain – Providing emotional and psychological healing in a supportive environment.

Educational Domain – Guiding participants toward personal growth, responsibility, and learning.

Productive Domain – Engaging in meaningful agricultural and manual work as part of the recovery process.

Social Domain – Building community, relationships, and a sense of belonging.

These four domains form a holistic rehabilitation envelope, offering each participant a unique healing experience that combines work, purpose, and human connection.
Driven by a deep national commitment, this model fosters values-based education, love for others, love for the land, and a return to agricultural roots as tools for rebuilding both the individual and society.
